All ads will be printed in black and white and listed in the program guide. Ad placement will be decided based on size and order date.

Advertisers agree to the following terms:
All ads must be submitted in camera-ready PDF format and sized according to ad choice. No PowerPoint or Word files will be accepted. Files should be submitted via e-email to Aimee Cohoon at aimee@nationalautism.org. Please call NAA conference coordinator, Aimee Allenback, at 910-545-2211 for any additional information. When submitting ad, please use your company name as the file name.

The NAA reserves the right to refuse any advertisement. The advertising company agrees and understands that it cannot cancel this agreement. The NAA will have no liability for the omission of any ad. In the event and ad is inadvertently omitted, the advertising company will not be charged a fee.

One companion pass for the full conference is available to NAA members only for $100 with your paid registration. Companions include spouses, grandparents, teachers, therapists, etc. Companion passes MUST be purchased at the same time as your own registration - they are not available separately.

Our Saturday night dinner event happens ON THE BEACH! It features a fantastic full course meal including filet mignon and lobster tail, entertainment, dancing in the sand and lots of fun! We encourage you to sign up for this event now as space is limited.

If you plan to attend the Special Ed Law Workshop on Thursday, you must pre-register so that materials can be prepared for you. There is a $35 fee per person. You will receive a workbook and lunch, which will be provided during the workshop.
